
GingerNutt Bliss Balls

ingredients
1 cup of raw cashews
1 cup of non-crystallised ginger & dried pear, mixed
a little pear juice
desiccated coconut
method
place cashews and fruit in a food processor
process until 'minced'
add enough juice for mixture to hold its shape
place mixture on board and roll into balls
toss balls in coconut
eat immediately or set a little firmer in fridge
enjoy!
